macarons or macaroons ?

hi all n assalamualaikum.. :)

boring sgt today. jd boleh la update byk2. lgpon br lg kn mest la semangat. dlu2 pon ade blog mcm tu jugak. hahaha. so mari sy cerita pasal macarons. or is it macaroons? depends la . if u nk jd english, its macaroons. if nk jd french, its macarons. for me, sy kn obses french. harusla nk sebot macarons memanjang.. :)..

so journey sy dlm buat macarons sgt panjang. sgt byk rosak. sgt byk duet abis. sgt byk tenaga abis. smpi la sy berjaya buat. dlu2 memule bukak booth dkt subang parade tu, sy produce 150 macarons je kot. bile terjual, hepi nye xyah ckp la. excited sgt masa tu. dh lame2, sy maken tahu mcm mana nk uruskan. n sy berjaya tingktkn production sy tanpa byk error. n maken lame maken sush nk jmpe yg rosak. just adelah kdg2 tu rosak jgk kn.

ini lah antara hasil macarons sy. x perfect mcm laduree. tp cukup la sy dh puas hati byk dah.. :)

hi all n assalamualaikum

ape itu valrhona? knp sy kecoh2 sgt pasal valrhona ni? nape sy jual kek yg gune valrhona mhl sgt? sbb valrhona ni mmg mhl. its 1 of the most expensive chocolate i think. godiva pon kalah. just die x femes lg dkt malaysia. so far as i know, tiada lg butik die dkt malaysia. if ade yg gune choc ni pon adelah hotel2 which they have their own supplier yg mmg x jual dlm quantity sedikit.

Valrhona is a French chocolate manufacturer based in the small town of Tain-l'Hermitage in Hermitage, a wine-growing district near Lyon. so ini la die. i bought mine dkt singapore. the price i think around sgd21/250g... lebih kurang rm50/250g.. ni sy bli dkt butik die..then bile sy pg lg, sy jmpe dkt kedai baking die lg murah sket.. around sgd40+++ per kg.. ok la kn.. still expensive but better.. ni just for cocoa powder je.. utk choc biasa, sy jmpe kt airport murah jgk.. changi airport la.. bukan klia..

selamat pagi. sebenarnya kn sy pon x tahu nk buat konsep ape blog ni. sbb sy mcm nk tulis jgk. tp xla tulis heavy2. n sy nk buat utk crust et crumb jgk. sebenarnye lebih kepada crust et crumb. tulis2 lain ni sampingan je. 

so gembire ye semua org cuti today?wah enjoyla cuti kalian. sy kerja. sobss... T__T.. even pg keje pon sy tahu mest tkde buat ape2, tp pg je la kn. nnt bole update lg dkt ofis. tp fb xleh bukak pon. so agak boring juge. wah mcm xleh idop sgt tanpa fb. padahal mcm kesahhh pon. hahaha. bc blog cukup.

haih. mls btul la nk pg keje. nk bgn ni pon dh dkt sejam stengah br sy bgn. kne pg bli buah buahan sekejap. ade customer nk pavlova & red velvet. lpe pulak buah semua tkde lg.. oh breakfast today adelah lebihan choc cake semalam. Partner A pg perak open house abg die. bwk sekali choc cake tu. partner b sy dh blk campus kt perak while partner c blk kg pulak dgn mak n abah. tgl la sy sorang2. T__T.. choc cake sy sdap tau. x percaya tnye tiku. eh tiku ni kwn sy. bkn tikus. sy bkn typo. die kwn susah sy. sbb die akan muncul bile ade masalah je. bile tkde masalah kami lpekan sesama sendiri. hehehe. choc cake ni sy guna valrhona choc. sdap sgt2. kamu akan rasa choc die tu smpai ke dlm hati sbb sdap.. :)

we've been with this business since last year june. At first, sy suka sgt mkn macarons. then terfikir eh why not try buat. honestly im not the type of person yg into memasak sgt. but then this time mmg sy berusaha btol utk dpt perfect macarons. perfect in my word, shiny, smooth surface, ade kaki, chewy. perfect la. sy usaha lama jgk. ade dlm sethn kot. adjust here n there. that time dkt rumah ade oven yg attached dgn dapur tu je. temperature pon ke laut. pnah semalaman tgu macarons msk. x msk2. nk ltk temp tgi2 takot.

That time, sy still study. so sy practise during weekend je la. pnah masa tu x dpt n asik teringat sgt, sy tumpang rumah kwn sy yg dkt dgn campus utk try buat macarons.. tp x jd jgk. ada rasa rupa mmg out! frust btol. hahaha. mcm2 la sy buat. then after dh nk dkt sethn sy buat macs br sy dpt yg btol2 perfect bg sy.. . wah happy btol.not 100% perfect. but i can say 90% perfect. happynye masa tu xpayah ckp la. happy sesangat.. then start tu sy selalu try n alhamdulillah jadik.then sy rasa oh ni mest oven ni. sy bodek abah sy utk bli oven baru. die setuju.. :).. before menjadi tu, sy google mcm2 tips. mmg masa tu byk la macarons terbuang. x lrt semua org nk mkn macarons penyek.. then start tu sy selalu buat n alhamdulillah jadik..if ade error pon x byk mcm dlu.. so sy decide nk jual. sy joint booth dkt subang parade. masa tu kebetulan sgt. borak2 dgn classmate sy, kakak die selalu bukak kt situ. kakak die ckp ade org carik share partner. so sy pon cntact org tu. n still available.. phew. rezeki kan. 1st booth experience nnt sy cerita.

result after keluar oven. npk x ada kaki. tp x rata jgk. but dh cukop buat sy gembira sgt

menjadik but x smooth sgt ats die. kwn sy tkot nk mkn sbb kaler die striking sgt..
